John Kinski, BA (1st class Hons), LCSP (Assoc), BALWA , is the Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Injury and Rehab Therapist, and is also a Personal Trainer. John has been in practice since 1983 and is experienced in formulating weight loss programmes which incorporate easy to manage lifestyle changes. John works in a variety of areas including acute and chronic soft tissue injuries, orthopaedics and people recuperating after illness. His work uses a combination of diagnostic tests, postural assessment, massage, and exercise programmes and can be used for all injuries whether sports related or not. He incorporates Core Stability training into his rehabilitation programmes where appropriate.
His speciality is treating sport related injuries, from initial injury treatment, through rehabilitation, followed by personal training to achieve peak performance. John is also experienced in treating a wide variety of conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoarthritis, and Ankylosing Spondylitis
Liz Jeannet BSc (1st class Hons) Acupuncture, MBAcC, LicAc, LHom, MSTAT has been in practice since 1986, and is qualified in Acupuncture, Nutrition, Homeopathy, and Alexander Technique. She has acted as consultant for Higher Nature nutrition company and as homeopath at THT/London Lighthouse. She is co-author of "A Consumers Guide to Over the Counter Medicines", Hamlyn, 1991,1996, and is currently completing an MSc in Clinical Nutrition. Liz is also lecturer and module co-ordinator of Integrative Practice on the BSc Acupuncture course at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
While treating all conditions, Liz focuses on women’s health including infertility and hormonal imbalance. Her speciality is in treating menopause and related conditions with acupuncture, nutrition, and herbs, offering a safe natural alternative to HRT. Her particular interest is in the interplay of hormones such as adrenaline, serotonin, insulin, and oestrogen, and the effects of this on health and mood. Liz is currently researching the effectiveness of nutritional interventions on persistent symptoms in treated hypothyroidism. See the hypothyroid study for more information. Previously she carried out research into the role of acupuncture in the treatment of fibromyalgia. Liz is also experienced in treating depression and anxiety and enjoys working with natural medicine in these conditions.

Liz has been involved in teaching since 1983, specialising in sports coaching. She has furthered her career training as a Pilates instructor with the Pilates Institute. More recently she has broadened her knowledge and experience by specialising in rehabilitation with the Polestar Education LLC, a physiotherapy based programme incorporating the reformer and other rehab equipment.
